UNRETURNED & OVERDUE

Ririe City Library has a policy of not charging overdue fines. We would rather get the book back than have it not returned because a big fine is owed. That being said, if you have a library book that is more than 3 months overdue, your library card will be cancelled. You may not re-apply for a new card until you return or pay for the materials in your possession.

FYI: We have a VCR that works well and may be checked out for three (3) days from the library. There is a $10 refundable deposit. There is no cost to check out a VHS movie

The public internet computers are made available to patrons of the library for accessing the internet, sending and receiving email, word processing and other appropriate uses. Violation of the new computer rules may result in loss of computer privileges for a maximum of three months. Copies of the new rules are available at the library.

Library Card Fee Schedule

Ririe Resident (family) . . . . . free

County Resident . . . . . $30/year

This is a family card and may be used at any library that participates in the Lili system, including but not limited to Idaho Falls and Rexburg libraries.

Student . . . . . $5/yr

Available to students who live in the county, but attend the Ririe public school system.

Senior Citizen . . . . . $5/yr.
